Our oil is produced in the beautiful hills in the province of Pisa, it is distinguished by its delicate and harmonious taste and the intense scent of ripe olives. It is an unfailing condiment in our cuisine that enhances the flavors of every dish.

It is suitable for the whole family and appreciated by those who love non-aggressive flavors.A family passion that has been handed down for 4 generations. There are 2,000 Olive trees among which 1,200 are centuries old and 800 belong to more recent periods.

The planting dates back to 1998. Once harvested, the olives are pressed at low pressure within the next 24 hours; the oil is extracted by a natural cold decantation process in order to ensure maximum freshness of the final product.

The oil thus obtained is stored in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.

It has a yellow color with green reflections, a faint scent of olive with notes of aromatic herbs.
